Kelly Lauritsen
Mr. Lauritsen is currently a Field Operations Manager here at Aragón Geotechnical Inc. With 35 year’ experience, Mr. Lauritsen has been a part of a wide variety of projects in Southern California. Such projects include private & commercial mass grading projects, post grading operations, QA/QC inspection projects, public works projects, federal military projects, and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) projects for local agencies in California & Nevada. Mr. Lauritsen has also performed services such field & lab testing, pavement evaluations, geotechnical support services, and inspector services.
In his free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with his family, camping, off-roading, riding dirt bikes, and attending concerts.

Daniel Flores
Mr. Flores is currently a Senior Inspector/Field Supervisor for Local 12 Operating Engineers Affiliated staff here at Aragón Geotechnical Inc. With 20 years’ experience, Mr. Flores comes from a vigorous background of performing geotechnical services from preliminary studies, mass grading, post grading, underground, road and highway projects. He has worked with a variety of clientele in the development industry ranging from private custom single-family residences, public works, federal military bases, to major master planned developments. In the last 10 years, Daniel has gained a tremendous amount of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control inspection projects. Within that period, Daniel has obtained exclusive skills in performing testing and QA/QC inspection for Cold-In-Place (CIR), Cold-Central-Plant-Recycling (CCPR), and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) projects for local agencies in California/Nevada, and the full spectrum of districts within Caltrans. Mr. Flores takes pride in maintaining and establishing excellent public relations with clients, providing insight, support, tailored solutions, and open communication. Mr. Flores sincerely believes learning and sharing skills with his team is “KEY” to delivering quality/precision work while maintaining integrity and safety for all.
Mr. Flores currently holds Caltrans and OSHA certifications. In his free time, Daniel enjoys working as a professional musician/producer and often participates in charity/fundraiser events for cancer awareness and other local community causes. He also enjoys traveling with his family and wine tasting.

Omar Lorrabaquio
Mr. Lorrabaquio is a seasoned field & lab technician with soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt. With 20 years’ experience under his belt, Mr. Lorrabaquio has been a part of many projects in Southern California. Such projects include post grading operations, QA/QC inspection projects, public works projects, federal military projects, and Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) projects for local agencies in California & Nevada. Mr. Lorrabaquio has also performed services such plant inspections, pavement evaluations, geotechnical support services, and inspector services. He specializes in aggregate and HMA testing.

Mr. Lorrabaquio currently holds various Caltrans and ACI certifications. In his free time, Omar enjoys playing softball, reading science-fiction books, and spending time with his family.

Eric Doerschlag
Mr. Doerschlag is an experienced lab technician with soils, aggregates, and asphalt. Mr. Doerschlag operates AGI’s mobile laboratory and has performed on-site QC services for large dam and roadway construction projects.

Mr. Doerschlag currently holds various Caltrans and ACI certifications. In his free time, Eric enjoys flying Cessna 172’s, video games, movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Cesar Lopez
Mr. Lopez is an experienced lab technician with soils, aggregates, concrete, and asphalt. Mr. Lopez assists with laboratory and geotechnical field-testing operations and maintains the building and ensures everything is working properly.

In his free time, Cesar enjoys playing softball, reading books, doing home improvement projects, and spending time with his family.
